Job Description

We are currently seeking to recruit an Executive Secretary for one of our projects within the public sector. Below are the key requirements for the position:

 

Technical Skills:

  • Experience in government-related roles, ideally as a coordinator.
  • Ability to follow up internally with various team members and departments.
  • Strong secretarial and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in office management.
  • Excellent computer skills, including document management, spreadsheets, presentations, etc.
  • Prior experience in the public sector is essential.

 

Competencies:

  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Planning and time management skills.
  • Ability to persuade and influence.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.

 

Personal Profile:

  • Education: Graduate-level qualification.
  • Languages: Bilingual, with fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Visa Status: Transferable visa required.
  • Gender: No preference.
