Job Description
The Executive Secretary will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the executive team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. The Executive Secretary will be based in Al Kuwait, Kuwait.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate and manage executive meetings, including taking minutes and following up on action items.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
