As an Events Service Trainer/Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding, training, and performance of both permanent and casual employees. Responsibilities involve overseeing compliance training, consolidating timesheets for payroll, maintaining employee records, coordinating departmental communications, and providing operational support to ensure alignment with company standards and foster employee development.


This role requires hands on leadership with strong people management, communications and organizational skills to ensure the smooth and efficient management of the event service team, while ensuring that the department aligns perfectly with the hotel operational strategies and brand standards.
