Job Description

Review draft tenders and project documents to participate/support in the preparation of
technical and commercial bids for company projects.
 Ensure right pricing and activity measurements for tenders to promote future growth of the
organization.

Key Responsibilities:

 Review tender documents for technical and commercial feasibility and recommend tenders
for bidding.
 Revise and recommend bidding strategies and attend meetings with client/ contractors for
clarifications and feedback.
 Attend site visits to enhance awareness about work activity and job site conditions.
 Coordinate with estimation engineers to ensure appropriate pricing and adherence to
deadlines for work break down activities to meet deadline for final bidding submission.
 Review & Study tender documents & coordinate with/ advise Estimators about implications of
specific clauses and to cover the cost impact due to it.
 Provide feedback/ Risk assessment for above to Manager, Estimation and Proposal.
 Review tender documents & coordinate and provide feedback to the Head of Estimation
department and Proposal for specific techno-commercial clauses and cost impacts etc.
 Advise the cost estimators on direct, indirect manpower requirement and material pricing in
the tender as and when requested.
 Monitor floating of Requests for Quotations and evaluation of vendor/ s/c quotes & arrive at
correct pricing after due negotiations with vendors.

 Review/ finalize tender pricing and attend client/ contractors' clarifications meetings.
 Review/ finalize techno-commercial bid submittals in coordination with Prequalification /
estimation engineers.
 Conduct lost tender analysis & provide suggestions for improvement.
 Provide support on techno commercial matters to project execution team when required.
 Attend internal weekly tender review meetings with management and prepare monthly
progress reports.
