· Co-ordination of site activities with client and company supervisors and technicians.
· Resource planning for execution of work orders.
· Preparing Materials specification and assisting Project Manager in material purchase.
· Updating contract personnel information from time to time as per client requirement.
· Co-ordination with HR for any issues related to Kuwaiti employees.
· Submitting monthly report to client.
· Preparation of work completed report for invoice submission.
Obtaining client approval for materials as per contract specifications.
· Receiving work orders and closing completed work orders.
Support project Manager for client meetings with required information.
· Responsible for smooth execution of site activities to the satisfaction of client.
· Compliance to company policy and guidelines.
Protecting the interest of company at all times during execution of contract.
