Oversee all aspects of daily service operations for electric vehicles, including routine maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics.
Develop and implement service procedures to ensure efficient and effective servicing of vehicles.
Coordinate with the service team to schedule appointments, allocate resources, and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs.
Facilitate communication between technical staff and other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
Develop and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all technical staff.
Allocate resources, including personnel and equipment, to maximize efficiency and meet project deadlines.
Mentor and train new technical staff, providing guidance on company procedures and project-specific tasks.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that arise during project execution.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies or processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Requirements
Must have experience in Electric Vehicles as an engineer or Supervisor level, with a certificate/diploma/degree in Electric Vehicle, Electricals or Mechanical Engineering.
