-Managing the e-commerce platform and ensuring it is updated, secure and user-friendly
-Creating and managing product listings and descriptions.
-Developing and implementing pricing strategies.
-Managing inventory levels and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
3-Customer Service:
-Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues related to orders, payments, and deliveries.
-Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.
-Developing customer service policies and procedures.
4-Digital Marketing:
-Developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns to increase traffic and sales.
-Managing email marketing campaigns and social media accounts
-Analyzing and reporting on website traffic and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
5-Collaboration:
-collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and IT teams, to achieve e-commerce goals.
-Developing relationships with external partners, such as suppliers and vendors.

-Previous experience in F&B and FMCG field.
-Bachelor degree or diploma
-Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, tools, and technologies.
-Knowledge of e-commerce best practices, including pricing, promotions, and customer engagement strategies.
-Experience with online payment processing and order fulfillment.
-Familiarity with e-commerce analytics and reporting tools.
Marketing skills:
-Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
-Experience with email marketing, social media marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
