Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Dynamics 365 (D365) Functional Support & ERP Coordinator to join our team. This role combines responsibilities of both functional consulting for the D365 system and coordinating ERP system support activities across the organization. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in business processes and technical systems to ensure the smooth operation, optimization, and continuous improvement of our ERP system while working closely with business units to meet strategic goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Functional Consulting (D365) F&O:

  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for various D365 modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR) and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Solution Design & Configuration: Design, configure, and implement solutions within D365 to align with business needs, ensuring optimal functionality and process efficiency.
  • Customization & Integration Support: Work with technical teams to translate requirements for customizations and integrations where necessary, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Testing & QA: Develop test plans, perform functional testing, and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the system meets business requirements.
  • Training & Documentation: Create and deliver training sessions for end-users and develop comprehensive user guides and other supporting documentation for D365 users.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose system enhancements within D365 to optimize business operations.

 

ERP Coordination (D365) F&O:

  • ERP System Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for the ERP system (e.g., D365), resolving issues and managing service requests to ensure optimal system performance.
  • User Access & Security Management: Oversee user access management, including permissions, roles, and security protocols within the ERP system to ensure compliance and data integrity.
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the primary liaison between business units and IT to address ERP-related needs, ensuring alignment and efficient communication across departments.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Assist in generating both regular and ad-hoc reports from the ERP system, analyzing data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Project Support: Assist in ERP upgrade projects by coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources across departments to ensure timely and successful delivery.
