The role: Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait at Burj Alshaya is looking for a Director of Spa for our award-winning Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Spa, who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate Spa and wellness experience. The Director of Spa provides leadership to all employees within the Spa Department. The Spa Director provides cutting-edge advice and makes key strategic and operational decisions for the Spa and hotel spa members with regards to treatments and fitness programs. Creating, developing and implementing of Spa and Wellness treatments and concepts, Spa Budget, demonstrating effective retail management, supervises and manages personnel such as manager, supervisor, receptionists, therapists, attendants, fitness instructors, wellness practitioners.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:- Strategic, proactive and who have a proven track record in both sales and marketing of the Spa.
- Understanding of market trends and need to put together sound business plans.
- Creative flair to create a tasteful spa environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrate effective leadership.
- Applicants are required to have 5+ years of relevant luxury Spa leadership experience in the similar role.
