Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various online channels. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and technical knowledge to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with the marketing and content teams to create impactful campaigns and optimize digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels including search engines, social media platforms, email, and display advertising.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other team members to produce engaging digital assets and marketing materials.
- Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine marketing (SEO/SEM) to enhance visibility and ranking.
- Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns (PPC) on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital ad networks to maximize ROI.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like traffic, conversions, click-through rates, and other metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the digital landscape.
- Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to execute and optimize email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor website and social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to generate insights and optimize ongoing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our strategies are current and effective.
- Manage and report on monthly budgets for digital marketing activities and campaigns.
- Work closely with the development team to enhance user experience (UX) and improve website performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a strong track record of successful campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (bilingual proficiency is required).
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Proficiency with marketing platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or HubSpot.
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and the ability to interpret data to make strategic decisions.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for metrics and data analysis.
