  • Analyzing customer complaints, developing corrective strategies.

Experience & Qualification

  • Holds a degree  in Marketing, Communications or Business
  • At least 3 – 5 years’ experience in the similar field
  • Previous experience with customer service
  • MS Office experience
  • Arabic & English communication
