Job Description

We are looking for a skilled CRM Specialist to join our team in Kuwait. As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our customer relationship management system. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customer data is accurate, up-to-date, and effectively utilized to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and manage the CRM system to meet the organization's needs.
  2. Develop and maintain customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

  4. Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Preferred Candidate:

  2. Proficiency in using CRM software and tools.
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage customer data.
