Job Description

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:


  • Ameyo Telephonic System:
    • Publish IVR(Outbound) in English and Arabic
    • Daily Tracking of agents calls and productivity
    • Customer feedback across communication tools (SMS, WhatsApp, mobile calls)
  • Agents Call Evaluation:
    • Monitor agents call to ensure calling scripts are followed
    • Monitor Quality of the calls and call duration
  • SMS,WhatsApp for Business & Direct Link Communication:
    • Send SMS based on various campaign based on SMS Scripts through WhatsApp
    • Track the SMS/WhatsApp effectiveness and cost
    • Send Direct link to defaulting customer
  • Tracking of Field Visits and effectiveness,Liasoning with External Agency
  • Fresh Chats: Handling customer complaints, inquiries, and provide timely resolution of issues
  • Skipper Flagging: Independent checking of skipper flagging from PACI and MOI website
  • Review and give customer follow-up feedback to Supervisors
