COUNTRY MANAGER’s main responsibilities 
 


  • Drive Product Sales, Merchant acquisition, revenue and consistently achieve Quarterly/Monthly/weekly targets.  


  • Collaborate with leadership to strategize how best to roll out product lines. 


  • Synthesize monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on progress and development. 


  • Network effectively with local clients and develop strong professional relationships. 


  • Work to ensure deadlines are met and budgets are maintained. 


  • Plan and manage business portfolio and territory according to an agreed market development strategy. 


  • Plan/carry out/support local marketing activities, and integrate team sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g., product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions etc. 


  • Generating sales leads through research and referrals, and converting leads to new accounts, leading to more than 1000 new key/general accounts. 


  • Identify ways to create new revenue streams through retail and food-service channels. 


  • Use SalesForce management system to control sales processes and ensure given objectives and targets are achieved. 


  • Analyze market trends and evaluate competitor activities, especially new products and services launched. 


  • Drive excellence in store execution across key customers / key accounts / channels for all country categories. 


  • Advise on potential B2B partners and acquisitions to deliver loyalty solutions. 


  • Contribute to the overall global success of our company.

Experience required 
 


  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role, with B2B and/or B2C sales experience 


  • Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus  


  • Proven record of accomplishment of managing a successful company or department 


  • Experience of managing a multi-cultural team and client base   


  • Understanding various CRM tools, App and data analytics  


  • Proven commercial background including an aptitude for negotiation 


  • Strategy – creation & implementation  


  • Persuasive communication and people management skills.
