Job Description

This is an administrative and operational role that primarily focuses on coordination on all rider’s related issues.


What’s on Your Plate?


  • Coordinate with riders to solve customer or vendor-related issues
  • Track order-related issues and find out if the issue happened from the Logistics side or the vendors’ end
  • Work with other functions in Operations to identify and resolve issues

What Did We Order?


  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in a cross-cultural setting. Arabic and English language fluency is required
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time with cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of different areas/locations in Kuwait
  • Advanced Skills in MS Office, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
  • Agile and highly adaptable to a fast-paced work environment
