About the job:


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Coordinator role to join the Human Capital team at Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel, Kuwait.


Your main duties will include:


  1. Travel booking and bank account administration.
  2. Preparation of employment-related certificates.
  3. Maintain effective HR administration processes in the department to ensure efficiency and customer service.
  4. Assist to organize colleague events, recognition ceremonies and team building activities to enhance colleague engagement.
  5. Assist in maintaining the HRIS system.
  6. Responsible for inspection, requisition, complaint handling for the smooth operation of colleagues’ canteen.
  7. Assist with candidates’ transition and on boarding process.
  8. Travel booking and bank account administration.
  9. Prepare various HR reports and summaries as required.
  10. Assist in Filing, controlling and maintaining all colleagues’ files according to the SBU standard.
  11. Prepare various HR reports and summaries as required.
  12. Maintaining the departmental roaster and coordinating with the departments to fix the attendance mishaps and amendments.
  13. Support colleagues with general requests, such as accommodation or payroll queries and passport requests and returns in order to maintain a customer service oriented and supportive HR function.
  14. Assist in controlling the colleagues Locker keys.
  15. Coordinating with Colleague of the Month Nomination, voting and preparing the certificates and letters as appropriate. 
  16. Deal with travel booking of new colleagues, yearly tickets and any other requirements for HR colleague’s business trips.
  17. Point of contact for the distribution of civil ID, bank cards etc.
  18. Assist with candidates’ transition and on boarding process.
  19. Perform any other duties that management may reasonably require.
  20. Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management team including occasional operational assistance for large events or hotel functions.

Qualifications:


About you:


  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in human resources management /business administration /hospitality or hotel management.
  • One year in customer service-oriented role.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Work in a multicultural environment.
  • High level of written and spoken business English.
  • Fluency with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and able to deliver results to deadlines.
