Draft and review contractual agreements and proposals between the company and the clients
Identify innovative ways for improving the efficiency of the Proposal process.
Read and analyze the RFP scope of work
Gather information and format each proposal according to the client guidelines.
Editing and revising proposals according to feedback.
Respond to RFQ/RFP releases and other calls for proposals; Drives proposal development and coordinates with internal divisions to ensure proposals meet all
customer requirements.
Enhance RFP and proposal response process to improve win rate.
Lead and organize ongoing proposal meetings to identify and answer queries and share information ensuring winning strategies are established and clearly conveyed in the submission.
Assess contractor performance to identify the need for amendments to existing contracts
Meet deadlines by being capable of prioritizing responsibilities and balancing workload
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics or equivalent.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven experience in proposal writing
In-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, contract documents, and proposals development.
The ability to develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish the work needed.
