In this role, you will provide essential insights into patient conditions by interpreting laboratory results and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will include conducting biopsies and autopsies, supervising specialized testing, and ensuring quality control in pathology services. As a dedicated Consultant Pathologist, you are eager to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Examine and interpret pathology specimens, including histology, cytology, and molecular diagnostics.
- Utilize advanced techniques to improve diagnostic accuracy.
- Prepare comprehensive pathology reports, offering diagnoses and recommendations.
- Ensure timely communication of critical findings to relevant medical staff.
- Provide expert consultations and second opinions on complex cases.
- Stay current with advancements in pathology techniques and practices.
- Educate and support patients and families regarding procedures and treatment options.
- Contribute to the professional development of staff by offering guidance and teaching materials.
- Maintain a high standard of patient care, customer service, and ethical conduct.
- Adhere to all procedures and policies, including Infection Control, Health and Safety, and Risk Management.

Education & Qualifications:
- MBBS and Specialty degree and High Qualification (Specialty Diploma, Fellowship, PhD, European Board (American, Canadian, German, Irish & UK Board);
- Not less than 20 years of experience, 10 years after the high qualification will get a Consultant level license;
- Willing to relocate to Kuwait.
