Job Description

The Clinical Specialist plays a pivotal role in the medical and healthcare equipment industry, particularly in providing expert knowledge and support related to clinical applications. This position is essential for ensuring that healthcare professionals are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to utilize medical equipment effectively. The Clinical Specialist will work closely with healthcare providers to enhance patient care through the optimal use of medical devices.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct in-depth training sessions for healthcare professionals on the use of medical equipment.
  2. Provide on-site clinical support during procedures to ensure proper equipment usage.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in medical technology.
  6. Assist in the development of marketing materials and clinical documentation.
  7. Participate in product demonstrations and trade shows to showcase equipment capabilities.
  8. Gather and analyze feedback from users to improve product offerings.
  9. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  10. Provide post-sales support and troubleshooting for medical devices.

  8. Has experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
  9. Is capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  10. Possesses a valid driver’s license and is willing to travel as required.
