Clinical Operations Support Coordinator

1.       Support HOD in attaining & maintaining departmental highly operational efficiency.
2.       Support HOD and provide proper coordination in achieving departmental highly utilization of assets including resources, space and manpower.
3.       Coordinates implementation of processes that enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1.       Complies with Hospital policies, guidelines, protocols, and regulations.
2.       Adheres to Taiba Hospital standards as they appear in the code of conduct and conflict of Interest policies.
3.       Recognizes and respects limits of confidential information.
4.       Establishes and maintains cooperative working relationships.

Qualifications & Experience:

1.        Diploma’s degree in the healthcare field/ science is preferred.
2.        A Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hospital settings is preferred.
3.        A minimum of 3 years of administrative experience is preferred.
4.       Experience in hospital customer service is preferred.
5.       Customer service experience is preferred.
