Clinical Expansion Supervisor

About the Job:

•        The Clinical Expansion Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the expansion of clinical services within the organization. This role involves coordinating with various departments and facilitating the integration of new clinical services to meet organizational goals and improve patient care.

Responsibilities

•        Coordinate and implement strategic plans for the expansion of clinical services in alignment with the organization's goals.
•        Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful implementation of expansion initiatives.
•        Coordinate efficient use of personnel, equipment, and budget to achieve project objectives.
•        Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the clinical expansion team.
•        Encourage a culture of innovation and creativity within the clinical expansion team, promoting the exploration of new ideas and approaches.
•        Gathers regular clinical staff surveys/feedback and implements appropriate steps for improvement
•        Reports and recommends any concerns or processes that enhance clinical work organizing efficiency.
•        Train and mentor staff to support expansion efforts and maintain quality of care.
•        Provide training and guidance to staff members involved in expansion initiatives, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
•        Foster a culture of learning and development within the team, offering mentorship, coaching, and opportunities for skill enhancement.

Experience:

•        Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical operations, project management, or healthcare administration.
•        Proven track record of managing clinical expansion projects or similar initiatives.

Education

•        Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Nursing, or a related field
•        Master’s degree in hospital management is preferred.
