Job Description
Kings Clinic Management is looking for a committed and meticulous Cleaner to uphold the cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of our clinic facilities. This role is essential in creating a pristine environment for staff, patients, and visitors, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. The ideal candidate, male or female, must already be a resident of Kuwait and possess a strong work ethic and attention to detail to excel in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily cleaning of all clinic areas, including reception, consultation rooms, restrooms, and staff areas.
- Sanitize surfaces and high-touch areas to maintain a hygienic environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a clean environment.
- Empty trash bins, replace liners, and ensure proper waste disposal practices are followed.
- Replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other consumables as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
- Respond promptly to any cleaning requests or spills to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all.
- Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs to the management team for timely action.
- Adhere to cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure consistent standards are met across all areas.
- Utilize and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly and safely to promote a safe working environment.
- Engage with staff and visitors courteously, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.
Preferred Candidate:
- Must be a resident of Kuwait.
- Proven experience as a cleaner, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, products, and their proper usage.
- Familiarity with health and safety standards, especially infection control procedures.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Basic understanding of English for effective communication.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if necessary.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
