Chief Concierge Description

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences? We’re looking for a Chief Concierge who will be the face of our hotel, ensuring our guests receive top-tier service and insider recommendations for a memorable stay.


A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:


  • Leading the concierge team to provide personalized and seamless guest services.
  • Assisting guests with transportation, dining reservations, local attractions, and special requests.
  • Building relationships with guests and VIPs to anticipate their needs and exceed expectations.
  • Managing luggage services, guest inquiries, and lobby organization to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Collaborating with other hotel departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with local businesses and service providers to offer exclusive recommendations.
  • Handling guest complaints and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency.
What we need from you:
  • Prior experience as a Concierge in a luxury or 5-star hotel.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a concierge team effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of local attractions, dining, and entertainment options.
  • A warm, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Membership with Les Clefs d’Or (preferred but not mandatory).
