And with the city’s malls and souks within a few minutes’ drive, you can experience all the spoils of the city without spoiling your precious relaxation time.What you will doAssist in the planning and development of menus for the hotel; ensure the correct preparation and presentation of a consistent level for all food items preparedControl labor and operating expenses through effective organization, purchasing decisions, and inventory controlEnsure that sanitation standards as set forth by Four Seasons, local, state, and federal regulations are in compliance as well as the cleanliness and organization of the kitchenCommunicate with employees and managers to ensure operational needs are met as well as attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departmentsWork harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisorsAble to type, cost recipes, make pick up charts and any spreadsheet needed to make work efficient.Ensure food quality is up to standards by inspecting and conducting frequent quality checksInspire and motivate the Team members and conduct any Team building activities.Floor presence to demonstrate and develop the pastry Team in order to contribute in the success of the operationAble to work in different shifts and areas of the pastry kitchen to fulfill business needs and to acquire the knowledge needed to successfully meet the expectations for this role and be able to grow within the organization.What you bringMinimum of three years’ experience working in a similar position in an Arabic Cuisine Restaurant.Ability to work well under pressure.Works well in a team environment ability to work effectively under pressure.Be thorough and pay attention to detail.Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.What we offer: Full board single accommodation in a high quality, well-resourced compound.Complimentary nights at FS Hotels worldwide.Regular social and sporting events.Paid home leave tickets.Quality employee meals.Transportation to and from work.Free Wi-Fi in accommodation and employee transportation buses.Work AuthorizationHotel will apply for the work authorization for the successful candidateWe look forward to receiving your application!
