Job Description
The CCTV Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV surveillance systems. This includes setting up cameras, DVRs/NVRs, wiring, and ensuring optimal functionality. The role also involves regular system checks, repairs, and providing technical support to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure CCTV systems and components.
- Conduct maintenance and repairs on CCTV systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with cameras, wiring, and equipment.
- Provide customer support and training on system usage.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Technical knowledge of CCTV systems and networking.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in a related technical field is preferred.
