Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Platform Management:

  • Oversee the backend of delivery platforms for three brands, including adding, removing, and modifying products.
  • Manage campaigns with delivery platforms.

Product Launch Coordination:

  • Collaborate with relevant departments to launch products and ensure seamless execution.

Branch/Product Activations:

  • Align with departments to activate/deactivate branches or products on delivery platforms as required.

Operational Support:

  • Assist the operations team in identifying and resolving issues related to the POS system and delivery platforms.

Reporting:

  • Prepare and share detailed reports with internal stakeholders to track performance and insights.

Demand Planning:

  • Support in-demand planning activities to ensure optimal inventory and resource allocation.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Execute other tasks and responsibilities as requested by the Commercial Manager.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to manage delivery platform systems efficiently.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • Tableau knowledge is a plus.

Experience:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a coordination or operational role.



Skills

Language Skills:

  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

Personal Attributes:

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
  • F&B Experience for at least a year!
