Cashier

The Cashier position in Kuwait is a vital role within the catering and food service industry, responsible for managing transactions and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling payments and providing a friendly service. Responsibilities:

1. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
2. Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions.
3. Maintain a balanced cash drawer and prepare daily cash reports.
4. Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about menu items.
5. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.
6. Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
7. Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally.
8. Promote special offers and upsell menu items to enhance sales.
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling.
10. Participate in training sessions to improve service skills and product knowledge.

4. Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
