Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in phone-based sales, customer service, and the ability to handle work pressure. The position requires proficiency in both Arabic and English, with fluency in the Kuwaiti dialect, and the ability to work in a shifting schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and sales.
- Provide excellent customer service and support, resolving issues effectively and professionally.
- Promote and sell products/services through phone calls, with a focus on meeting sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment.
- Adapt to a flexible work schedule, including changing shifts.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

- الترويج وبيع المنتجات والخدمات عبر المكالمات الهاتفية مع التركيز على تحقيق أهداف المبيعات.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للتفاعلات والمعاملات مع العملاء في النظام.
- العمل بفعالية ضمن فريق وتعاون مع الزملاء.
- التكيف مع جدول عمل مرن يشمل شيفتات متغيرة.
- إظهار مهارات حل المشكلات والحفاظ على موقف إيجابي تحت الضغط.
Skills
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in phone-based sales and customer service.
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM systems.
- Previous experience in automotive sales is an advantage.
- Excellent command of Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
- Fluency in the Kuwaiti dialect is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule.
المهارات والمؤهلات المطلوبة:
- خبرة مثبتة في المبيعات عبر الهاتف وخدمة العملاء.
- إتقان استخدام الكمبيوتر وأنظمة إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM).
- يفضل وجود خبرة في مبيعات السيارات.
- إتقان اللغة العربية والإنجليزية بشكل كامل (محادثة وكتابة).
- إتقان اللهجة الكويتية ميزة إضافية.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتحمل المسؤولية.
- الاستعداد للعمل ضمن نظام الشيفتات المتغيرة.
