Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team, specializing in the automotive industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial insights and analysis to support our organization's growth and decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
∙ Consolidate and analyze financial data, including budgets, financial statement forecasts, and cash flow projections, taking into account the company's goals and objectives.
∙ Prepare and present financial analysis and recommendations to the management and other stakeholders.
∙ Collaborate with cross–functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies that drive growth and profitability.
∙ Conduct variance analysis to identify key drivers of financial performance.
∙ Provide insights into financial trends, opportunities, and risks.
∙ Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision making.
∙ Stay current with industry trends, economic conditions and regulatory developments to improve financial analysis and decision-making.
∙ Conduct market and industry analysis to support strategic decision making.
∙ Analyze and control operational costs, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. ∙ Monitor and report on cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
∙ Work closely with operational teams to optimize resource allocation.
Required Qualification, Experience and Skills (Specialization in Finance)
∙ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
∙ Proficiency in financial modeling and analytical tools, such as Excel & Power BI. ∙ Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus.
∙ 3-5 years of experience in a Business/Financial Analyst role, with a focus on the automotive industry.
∙ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∙ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
∙ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. ∙ Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions
∙ Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems
