Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth and expand our project portfolio.
• Lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of tender documents for BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) contracts, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements.
• Develop and manage business proposals, including financial models, cost analysis, and project feasibility studies.
• Prepare comprehensive financial proposals and contribute to the strategic planning of projects by working closely with the finance and technical teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring long-term business success and project collaboration.
• Conduct market research and stay up to date with industry trends to identify emerging opportunities and market demands.
• Negotiate contract terms, agreements, and project scopes to ensure favorable outcomes for the company.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, legal, and finance, to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on potential business opportunities, tender submissions, and project performance.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote services and build brand visibility.
• Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to stay ahead of market trends and proactively adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• 12 years of experience in business development field.
• A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for business growth and development.
• Proven experience in business development within the project management or construction industry, specifically with experience in BOT contract preparation.
• Strong knowledge of preparing and submitting tender documents, business proposals, and financial proposals.
• Experience in preparing cost estimation and financial models for large-scale projects.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
