Job Description

The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of Seleo's market presence. He will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to enhance sales and profitability while aligning with Seleo’s commitment to sustainability.


  • Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to inform business strategies and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through networking, prospecting, and attending industry events.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to promote Seleo's products and brand values.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating Seleo's commitment to sustainability and healthy living.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Ensure alignment on business initiatives and marketing strategies.
  • Provide feedback to the management regarding market demand and customer preferences.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze results, and implement necessary adjustments to strategies to achieve targets.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes for management review.
  • Pre-planning of all fairs and expos to participate in, and execution of participation
  • Support the onboarding and training of new team members, sharing knowledge about Seleo’s products, sales techniques and best practices.
  • Organize and participate in exhibitions and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and establish connections with potential clients.
  • Gather feedback from clients about Seleo’s products and services to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Contribute to digital marketing efforts, including social media and email campaigns, to generate leads and Seleo’s brand awareness.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
