Job Description

• Devises Annual Digital Marketing Strategy for the group.

• Researches and adapts new digital trends confirmed and validated by the head of the department.

• Plans and manages all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

• Manages all digital/social advertising platforms including but not limited to Google, Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Tiktok and Linked-in.

• Ensures API integration between digital platforms and the new DMS.

• Manages back-end technical details of the WhatsApp Business Account for the organization as required

• Responsible for all website updates with new search engine algorithms.

• Responsible for devising, creating and advertising content on all digital platforms for all assigned automotive brands under the Company

• Liaison with IT department on all software upgrades and purchases including but not limited to website and DMS add-ons for the benefit of the marketing department.

• Effectively manages and guides the digital marketing team in completing all assigned tasks, resolving any issues and adhering to the set deadlines and budget for all assigned plans and projects.

• Manages digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

• Manages the online marketing strategies based on the marketing objectives and annual marketing budget set by the manager.

• Manages and improves the online presence of the organization and the brands associated with the organization.

• Effectively manages the team to ensure that the company website and multiple brand websites are up-to-date at all times.

• Designs and develops digital marketing strategies that drive customers to the website

• Keeps abreast of consumer trends / demands, new social media sites, web technologies, digital marketing trends and incorporate these new technologies/ trends while devising new digital campaigns or updating current campaigns.

• Measures the performance of digital marketing efforts using relevant analytical tools and suggests improvements as required.
