Job Description

  • Manages and improves the in-store customer shopping experience.
  • Manages all the in-store marketing materials e.g. POS, wall branding, and digital signage.
  • Plays a key leadership role in the achievement of annual revenue targets through the development and management of all initiatives related to the promotion, production, and coordination of events that will be produced within designated spaces in the stores.
  • Ensures implementation of marketing activities in the stores, and evaluates their effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Monitors market trends and oversees advertising and marketing activities to ensure the right message is delivered for the products.
  • Works closely with senior management and business teams, to make sure that brand values and image are followed.
  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
  • Deploys successful marketing campaigns and owns their implementation from idea to execution.
  • Experiments with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels - content creation, content curation, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and much more.
  • Produces valuable and engaging content for our website/social media channels that attracts and converts our target groups.
  • Builds strategic relationships and partners with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
  • Inputs into marketing budget and allocates/invests funds wisely.
  • Measures and reports the performance of marketing campaigns, gains insight, and assesses against goals.
  • Provides showroom designs, plans, and planograms for presentation and execution of new showrooms or refurbishment/re-branding of existing showrooms.
