Responsible for order intake targets for Yokogawa Systems Sales in E & S segment including oil & gas / power industry.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Job Requirement
Preparation of Techno-Commercial Proposal for Yokogawa systems range. Ability to conduct site surveys and understand engineering documents such as P&ID, Single Line Diagram, etc, Customer technical support and problem-solving abilities. Ability to achieving order Intake targets and lead front sales and marketing for Yokogawa systems. Be a team player through teamwork, team learning and information sharing. Experienced with all types of Control systems [ DCS / ESD / NCS & PLC …etc ] Strong technical expertise to work in Oil & gas industry, petrochemical industry and power and water. Sales Activities which mainly include.+ Technical Discussions with Customer & End User
+ Explore new application areas.
+ Technical Clarifications to Customer’s Queries on Proposal
+ Conducting Presentations & roadshows.
+ Interactions with Headquarters & other Affiliates for Multi EPC Projects
+ Interactions with Headquarters for Additional Support (Technical as well as Commercial)
Qualification and Experience
BE with experience in field of Control / Instrumentation / Electrical and Electronics. 15 years+ practical experience in the project’s execution / service and systems sales and marketing. Ability to work extra hours. Field and site experience will be additional advantage.
Competencies & Skills
Familiar with Yokogawa Control Systems. Should have sound market knowledge in Oil & gas, power & water petrochemical industry. Strong leadership skills for leading and motivating a team. Good presentation skills / Negotiation Skills
