Job Description

Hours: Full-time, 8-hour shifts


Lauren Vidal, a leading women's clothing company, is seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in driving store success while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Assist customers with personalized styling advice and product recommendations.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
  • Process and monitor transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals and implement company policies.
  • Train and motivate staff to enhance performance and team collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail or supervisory roles preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for fashion and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
