Ready to take the lead in delivering exceptional dining experiences? We’re searching for an Assistant Restaurant Manager with a passion for hospitality and the skills to elevate our restaurant operations.
A little taste of your day-to-day:Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure top-notch guest service.
- Supporting and mentoring the team to deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences.
- Managing reservations, guest relations, and service flow to maximize efficiency.
- Assisting in menu planning, promotions, and revenue strategies.
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar teams to maintain service excellence.
What we need from you: - Previous experience in a hotel or fine dining restaurant is preferred.
- Experience in a Lebanese restaurant is an advantage.
- Lebanese candidates with relevant experience will be given preference.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of food handling regulations and hospitality standards.
- Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Fluency in the local language; additional languages are a plus.
