Job Title: Assistant Operations Officer
Location: Sharq, Kuwait City

Job Summary:
The Assistant Operations Officer will support the Operations team in ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks, assisting with fleet management, supplier coordination, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while supporting the strategic initiatives of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support:
Assist in overseeing daily operational activities to ensure efficiency.
Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth workflow.
Fleet Management Assistance:
Support in managing and tracking vehicle fleet operations.
Ensure regular maintenance schedules and records are updated.
Supplier and Vendor Coordination:
Assist in liaising with local and international suppliers.
Help in negotiating contracts and ensuring timely procurement.
Branch Expansion Support:
Provide administrative support for new branch openings and operational setup.
Assist in coordinating logistics and facility arrangements.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
Reporting and Analysis:
Assist in preparing operational reports and data analysis.
Support in tracking performance metrics and suggesting improvements.
General Administrative Duties:
Support the Operations Manager/Officer in various operational tasks.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an operational, logistics, or administrative role.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
Adaptability and willingness to learn.
