Job Title: Assistant Manager - Yoga Studio
About Us:
At Alive Yoga, we’re all about creating a welcoming space for everyone to enjoy yoga and wellness. We had to close right before Covid, and now we're ready to reopen again, and looking for a friendly and organized Assistant Manager to help run our studio and support our amazing community.
What You’ll Do:
• Daily Operations: Keep the studio running smoothly—manage class schedules, inventory, and make sure everything is in top shape and clean.
• Customer Service: Be the go-to person for our clients. Help with questions, feedback, and anything else they need.
• Support the Team: Assist with hiring, training, and supervising our staff and instructors.
• Marketing: Help promote the studio through creative marketing strategies to attract new members.
• Financial Tasks: Assist with budgeting and financial reports.
• Event Planning: Organize workshops, special events, and community activities.
• Build Community: Foster a friendly atmosphere and build relationships with our clients to keep them coming back.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in a management role, ideally in the fitness or wellness space.
• Great organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Basic knowledge of photography and social media marketing is a bonus.
• Comfortable with computers and scheduling software.
Working Hours:
8 AM to 4 PM Saturdays, Mondays, Wednesdays
12:30 PM to 8:30 PM Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays
*The timing could change, based on what we (including you) feel will be best for the studio.
Salary:
The range is 450 to 800 KD based on experience, with a bonus based on performance.
