Job Description

As an Assistant Corporate Finance professional, you will support the management of the company's financial activities, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Your role is essential for maintaining financial stability and contributing to overall success, the job duties include:


  • Analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts for the business to ensure financial stability Develop, prepare, review & monitor Business plans;
  • Identify, Escalate and mitigate Financial Risks;
  • Overseeing transaction due diligence;
  • Dealing with Business performance and monitoring;
  • Preparation and monitoring of annual budgets for company entities;
  • Liaising with business stakeholders across all levels to achieve transactional goals;
  • Maintaining abreast of the changing business landscape in order to identify opportunities company’s growth.
