About the location:
What You Will Do
Hire, train, motivate, and oversee the Banquet team to uphold Four Seasons’ service standards.
Develop and maintain training programs to ensure professionalism and consistency in service.
Schedule and manage staff efficiently while adhering to budgeted labor costs.
Supervise the care, security, and maintenance of banquet equipment.
Maintain high housekeeping standards in storage and operational areas.
Oversee shift supervision, particularly for VIP and high-profile functions.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution.
Prepare payroll, gratuity reports, and banquet checks for financial processing.
Attend catering and operational meetings to stay aligned with upcoming functions.
Oversee event setup, service execution, and last-minute adjustments as needed.
Communicate directly with event hosts to ensure their expectations are met.
Monitor staff appearance, professionalism, and compliance with Four Seasons’ quality standards.
Collaborate with purchasing, culinary, stewarding, housekeeping, and third-party vendors.
Uphold safety procedures and respond effectively to hotel emergencies.
What You Bring
A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury five-star hotel in the Middle East.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is required.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
