Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Area Manager to oversee and optimize

operations across multiple restaurant locations. This pivotal role combines management

oversight with hands-on support, emphasizing operational excellence, team development, and

quality assurance. The Area Manager will work closely with store teams to meet and exceed

business objectives while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

 Oversee daily operations across assigned locations, ensuring compliance with company

standards, health regulations, and local laws.

 Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, labor/food costs,

and customer satisfaction; develop and execute data-driven action plans to improve

outcomes.

 Maintain rigorous food quality and safety standards, ensuring all locations consistently

deliver high-quality dining experiences.

 Implement and refine inventory control procedures, streamlining reporting processes to

minimize waste and optimize supply chain efficiency.

Team Leadership and Development:

 Lead the recruitment, training, and mentoring of store management and team members to

build high-performing, motivated teams.

 Conduct regular performance evaluations, delivering constructive feedback to drive

continuous improvement.

 Foster a culture of accountability, customer focus, and team engagement through

recognition programs and clear communication of expectations.

Customer Experience:

 Champion exceptional guest experiences by upholding high standards of cleanliness,

service, and food quality across all locations.

 Actively address escalated customer concerns, leveraging feedback to implement long-

term service enhancements.

Financial and Operating Oversight:

 Manage budgets effectively, ensuring cost controls align with organizational goals.

 Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and execute sales targets, marketing

initiatives, and operational strategies.


Compliance and Reporting:

 Ensure adherence to health, safety, and labor regulations, conducting periodic reviews to

maintain compliance.

 Perform store and recipe adherence routine audits and prepare comprehensive

performance reports for senior management.

 Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all stores,

embedding consistent practices.

Training and Quality Control:

Training Responsibilities:

 Design, implement, and lead training programs for store teams, focusing on company

standards, leadership development, and regulatory compliance.

 Onboard new hires and facilitate targeted workshops and continuous refresher and new

procedure trainings.

 Promote cross-location training initiatives to foster collaboration and measure the success

of training programs.

Quality Control Duties:

 Conduct daily site visits and operational audits to evaluate adherence to brand standards

and identify areas for improvement.

 Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and service levels, implementing corrective actions

where necessary.

 Establish quality benchmarks, systematically addressing customer feedback to drive

continuous improvement in products and services.
