Architecture Draftsman & Quantity Surveyor

The role of an Architecture Draftsman & Quantity Surveyor in Kuwait is pivotal in the construction and building industry. Responsibilities:

1. Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using CAD software.
2. Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates for various construction projects.
3. Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
4. Review and analyze project specifications and drawings to identify discrepancies.
5. Assist in the preparation of tender documents and bid submissions.
6. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on budget and timelines.
7. Evaluate contractor invoices and ensure compliance with project specifications.
8. Conduct site visits to assess work quality and adherence to design standards.
9. Prepare reports on project costs and financial forecasts.
10. Provide support in negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
