Job Description
As an Architect & Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of various projects in Kuwait. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Your role will involve both architectural design and project coordination, making it a dynamic and challenging position.
Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural plans and designs for new construction projects.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts that meet their needs.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that designs are feasible and meet all relevant regulations and standards.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients, including detailed drawings and specifications.
- Manage the construction process, including overseeing contractors, monitoring progress, and resolving any issues that arise.
Preferred Candidates:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with different stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
