Job Description
Configuring and customize software applications to meet business requirements and optimize workflows.
Setting up user profiles, permissions and roles within applications.
Collaborating with technical teams to test and implement updates, patches etc.
Coordinating deployment of new software applications or updates.
Assisting in the integration of new systems with existing IT infrastructure.
Developing and delivering user training materials.
Conducting hands-on training sessions for end-users.
Providing ongoing user support and troubleshooting assistance.
Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation related to application configurations, procedures and workflows.
Skills
Having experience managing and maintaining multiple software applications such as HRMS, CAFM etc.
Having experience handling Wrench EPC software is preferable.
Having Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology.
Proven experience in application support specialist, software support specialist, or similar role.
Ability to troubleshoot, analyze and resolve system issues.
Good communication skills, planning and testing.
Familiarity with database management (e.g., SQL) basic scripting.
Having 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
