Job Description: Seeking a proficient Administrative Assistant to manage visitor services, handle communications, coordinate office activities, assist with documentation, and support business operations. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing calls, scheduling meetings, coordinating with facility management, and providing general administrative support.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong English and Arabic communication skills.
