Job Title: Marketing Assistant
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Marketing Assistant who is fluent in Arabic, based in Kuwait, and possesses a background in marketing with administrative capabilities. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating purchase orders, facilitating communication across all departments, and providing comprehensive support in various marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents.
- Maintain databases, files, and records related to marketing projects and initiatives.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other marketing materials as needed.
- Communication Facilitation:
- Act as a primary liaison between different departments, ensuring effective communication in both Arabic and English as required.
- Distribute information, updates, and directives to relevant stakeholders promptly and accurately.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, conferences, and presentations, handling all logistical arrangements.
- Marketing Support:
- Provide assistance across various marketing activities, including but not limited to market research, campaign execution, and content creation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Assist in analyzing marketing data and generating reports to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Purchase Order Management:
- Take ownership of purchase order processes, from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with procurement and finance departments to streamline purchasing procedures and maintain updated records.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required.
- Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
- Local residency in Kuwait is required.
- Previous experience in marketing, with a basic understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools/software is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
