job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and responsible Administrative Coordinator to assist in tracking the progress of students and teachers involved in our courses and sessions. The primary responsibility of this role is to follow up on assigned tasks, ensure that deadlines are met, and track progress. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic Microsoft Office knowledge. This role reports directly to the CEO and may require constant interaction with both students and teachers to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with students to ensure they are completing their assigned tasks, coursework, and goals.
Track the progress of all tasks and ensure that deadlines are being met.
Provide daily or weekly updates on task completion and progress to managers and the CEO.
Prepare and submit reports on student progress.
Escalate any issues or delays to the CEO in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain communication with students to clarify any issues related to course tasks.
Assist in tracking and managing any additional tasks assigned by the CEO or managers related to student or teacher follow-up.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous administrative or follow-up experience is preferred but not required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of working with different systems not required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to follow up on multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met.
Detail-oriented with the ability to track progress and provide accurate reports.
Active, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
