Job Description
The Admin Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and ensuring efficient operations in the office. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the office filing system
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
