Reporting To: CFO- Functionally, RE- Administratively
Job Summary: Bilingual accountant for site, good in excel and word. Keeping track of leaves, calculating attendance hours on site, assisting invoice preparation, liaising with ministry, maintaining imprest petty cash
Key Responsibilities
· Take prints and ensure correct punch in and out etc. & compute hours at end of the month
· Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards.
· Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
· Conduct regular audits of financial records to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
· Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts to ensure liquidity.
· Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
· Requirement open for all Arab nationals
· Skilled in Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
· Bilingual (Arabic & English)
· Required Bachelors in Accounts/Finance
· Required 10 years' experience in related field
