Job Description

As an Account Manager at our company, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  2. Understand client needs and provide solutions to meet their objectives
  3. Manage client accounts and ensure timely delivery of products and services
  4. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue
  5. Monitor and analyze client performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

  5. Experience in the printing industry, specifically with HP printers, is preferred
